The Quality Development Program (QDP) is comprised of three twelve-month rotations that are strategically designed to provide associates with a well-rounded view of Baxter’s quality manufacturing processes, systems, and medical product lines.
As associates enter the program, each will be assigned a mentor from the Quality leadership team to help introduce them to Baxter’s corporate culture and the values and goals of the QDP. In addition, associates will have the opportunity to work on a business project, which will be presented to other QDP associates and the Quality leadership team at the completion of each rotation. Through formal training and on-the-job experiences, the QDP is committed to developing associates’ quality and leadership skills while exposing them to Baxter’s technologies and medical product lines.
