The Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) provides aspiring IT professionals with a range of unique experiences in corporate IT to help shape them into future business leaders. Over the course of the three-year program, IT professionals develop their careers through a series of three twelve-month rotations designed to challenge them to quickly adapt and add value to each position.

As associates enter the program, each is assigned a mentor to help introduce them to Baxter’s corporate culture and the values and goals of the ITDP. The cross-functional knowledge and breadth of experience associates gain enable them to pursue numerous career opportunities within Baxter.

Through formal training and on-the-job experiences, the ITDP is committed to developing associates’ technical, leadership and teamwork skills while exposing them to Baxter’s technologies, product lines and global markets.
