Qualifications
Baxter looks for talented and driven legal professionals who have:
- Expertise in litigation and employment, ethics and compliance, government affairs, intellectual property, regulatory, transaction and governance, and/or international law;
- An outstanding academic record and a law degree from a nationally recognized university;
- Law firm and/or in-house counseling experience in relevant area(s) of expertise;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
